Welcome! I’m Travis Sledge, founder of Jackson Posture Center.
For years, I searched for my true calling—and through that journey, I discovered what matters most to me: helping others. That passion inspired me to create Jackson Posture Center, a place where care and compassion come together to make a real difference in people’s lives.
My mission is simple: to help you feel your best. Every person’s story is unique, and I believe your care should be too. I take pride in providing personalized treatment that focuses on your specific pain points, because you deserve knowledgeable, compassionate care tailored to your individual health and well-being.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll probably find me spending time with family, exploring new places, or giving back through community outreach in the Jackson Metro area. I’d love to help empower you to live pain-free and begin your journey to wellness at Jackson Posture Center.

Since 1998, I believe meaningful touch does more than ease tension—it helps restore balance and peace.
My practice combines specialized bodywork techniques tailored to your needs. I am certified in Myoskeletal Massage, Fibromyalgia Bodywork, and Synergetic Myofascial Therapy, offering gentle relief for complex conditions including T.M.J. pain.
I draw on both Eastern and European traditions—Thai Bodywork (on the floor and table), Connective Tissue Massage, and European Kinesthetic methods—to address muscle, connective tissue, and nervous system tension.
Every session is unique. My goal is simple: a safe, thoughtful space where you can release, restore, and feel like yourself again.

The Art of Alignment
My journey into structural integration began as a personal pursuit of healing, but my true vocation in bodywork commenced in 2021. Since then, I have had the distinct privilege of studying under first and second generation Structural Integration practitioners who taught me that this work is as much an art as it is a science.
I weave these techniques together with biodynamic craniosacral and somatic therapies, creating a harmonious approach tailored to the individual. Whether you are an elite athlete, a medical professional, an educator, a musician, or someone navigating the demands of corporate life, my goal is to guide you back to your own center.
A Personal Invitation
Healing is not a one-size-fits-all endeavor. I invite you to an initial consultation, where we will discuss your unique story and craft a personalized plan designed to facilitate your specific journey.
Let us begin the work of restoring your balance.

For the past nine years, I have had the privilege of guiding clients toward a life free from discomfort. My path to becoming a massage therapist started in childhood, culminating in my formal education at age 29. Since then, I have dedicated my career to a philosophy that combines deep tissue work with the principles of fitness and stretching.
I am particularly passionate about serving those who carry heavy physical loads: office professionals, truck drivers, military veterans, and athletes managing prior injuries. Helping these individuals alleviate years of accumulated pain is the most rewarding aspect of my practice.
In addition to traditional massage, I am increasingly focused on therapeutic stretching. This growing specialty allows me to help clients not just relax, but actively restore their range of motion and movement quality. If you are looking for a partner in your self-care journey who understands the unique demands of your body, I invite you to visit my studio.
We offer Structural Integration, myofascial acupressure, and craniosacral therapy to support your healing journey.
We provide personalized consultations to assess your needs and determine the best therapeutic approach for your health.
